Shiatsu is a traditional, Japanese healing method, where kneading and friction is used, in shiatsu pressure and stretching is the key. 'woman to woman pre-natal, labor and post-partum support'
Doula care - Each labor support program consists of 2 pre-visits (includes one session of Calm Birth coaching), full attendance of a doula for the duration of labor, pre-approved back-up doula, 1 Post-natal visit, 30-day post-natal phone contact, and a written birth story.
$1000 per birth

Pre & Perinatal Massage
During Pregnancy - safe, drug -free relief of aches and pains, reduce swelling, ease pressure on the sciatic nerve, learn relaxation skills for labor, prepare your body for delivery, improve sleep patterns.

During Labor - shorten length of labor, reduce need for pain medications or epidurals, reduce the need for pictocin, increase your chances for natural labor.

Postpartum - restore muscle tone to abdomen, stimulate uterus to return to its pre-pregnant size and position, alleviate muscle pain from postural shilts.

Infant Massage Training for parents and caregivers - Infant massage is beneficial for improving blood circulation, aids in digestion, reduces stress hormones, helps relieve discomfort associated with gas, colic and constipation, and improves sleep.
