Joan Sherwood, founder of Wholeness of Life has 36 years experience in the corporate sector. She has been a student of  healing disciplines for more than 25 years. Joan is a licensed massage therapist, birth doula, pre-natal massage specialist, certified infant massage instuctor, holistic health counselor, and reiki master.

Her passion for helping others, coupled with her educational training in nutritional counseling and bodywork contributes to her effectiveness in producing positive results for clients who are seeking to improve their health and create balance in their lives.
